I help countertop shops sell the stone they already paid for.
I'm Hugo Maciel Fraga. I work in the countertop industry in Maryland, and I built RemnantFlow after watching shop after shop stack remnants against a wall where nobody outside the building could see them.
The problem
A typical shop is sitting on forty or fifty offcuts. They are already paid for, so almost every dollar they bring in is margin. But they only sell when a customer happens to walk in and ask what is in the back.
What RemnantFlow does
It puts those pieces on a page under the shop's own name, with dimensions and photos, so someone can find them before they call.
- The storefront lives on the shop's own domain, not a marketplace
- Leads go to the shop, not to me
- Photos and sizes on every piece, so a buyer knows before driving out
Why you might be hearing from me
I reach out to fabricators around the mid-Atlantic directly, by phone and by email. If a message from me landed in your inbox, that is why. I use this address for that outreach so it stays separate from the software itself.
If you would rather not hear from me, reply and say so and I will take you off my list the same day.
